Before becoming a professional nutritionist and health coach in the US, I was an overwight "Cordon Bleu" Chef that was hospitalized by a kidney failure, diabetes and other serious health issues. 


I went with more than 30 nutritionists and specialized doctors, just to end up gaining more weight, frustrated, disappointed and without seeing any results. 


I was desperate to find a solution for my unconditional love for food and my health, but no one seemed to help. It was easy for them to put me through restrictive diets, give me medicine or threaten me with health problems if I kept eating that way. 


It wasn’t until I discovered Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Precision Nutrition that everything changed.


After 10 years of research I finally managed to understand food at a deeper level and take control of my health forever.

    This program is composed of 4 elements:

    • Food Reset Methodology Quest, Access during 90 Days (Recommended to be completed on first 15 days)

    • Phase 1 Food Guide (15 days)

    • Phase 2 Food Guide (1 Month)

    • Phase 3 Food Guide (1 Month)

    • Downloadable Ebook, Food guides, and recipe book is YOURS so you can consult them throughout your life.


  • What if I'm vegan or have any food restriction?

    I will give you a list of ingredients and substitutes so that you can adjust your eating plan according to your own needs.

  • I plan traveling or have an special location should I become a food warrior now?

    Don't hesitate this methodology is specially made to help you overcome setbacks, and learn how to manage difficult situations. In that case, the Food Warrior Community and I will be there to support you.
